Apple to Launch iPad 2 on 2nd March; When Apple iPad 2 will Launch

Good news for the people those are waiting for iPad 2. We came to know that Apple will release iPad 2 on 2nd March. According to AllThingsD, Apple is going to launch the 2nd generation iPad on 2nd March in San Francisco at the famous Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. As we Apple CEO Steve Jobs is taking the Cancer treatment at California’s Stanford Cancer Center so he will not be present at the event which is going to be held on 2nd March in San Francisco.
To those who care intensely about this kind of stuff–which would be pretty much everyone in the tech ecosystem–Apple will hold its much-anticipated event on March 2, where the tech giant seems poised to unveil a new version of its hugely successful iPad, according to multiple sources.
According to several sources close to the situation, the Wednesday date in a little more than a week is firm and will take place in San Francisco, the scene of many such Apple events.
In that case, the venue is likely to be the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.
In the absence of Steve Jobs, either Tim Cook or Phil Schiller will be on stage for the keynote. At this event Apple will release the most awaited 2nd generation iPad. From various sources we came to know that iPad 2 will be thinner, lighter, and it will run on both CDMA and GSM networks. iPad 2 will come with improved display, faster processor, front facing camera for FaceTime video calling.
